Please inspect your merchandise when you receive and before you do embroidery or silk screen on it.
- We cannot accept returns on items that are decorated or washed, under any circumstance.
- All claims made for damaged items, missing pieces, etc must be done within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
- After 30 days from the invoiced date, we cannot accept the merchandise back.
- Returns due to mistakes made by the client will be subjected to a restocking fee. The minimum restocking fee is $100.00
- We will not accept returns without a return authorization number
- Defective merchandise must have an indication of being defective before returning it to us.
- It is the customers responsability to verify the style, sizes, colors and quantity of the merchandise purchased
